Printing and Mailing Services

The Mississippi Department of Employment Security in Jackson, Mississippi is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive design, print, and direct mail services. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of managing mass mail-outs, which includes designing, printing, labeling, sorting, and bulk mailing. The project covers the secure printing and mailing of unemployment insurance checks, forms, reports, and on-demand ad hoc prints such as stuffers, labels, calendars, catalogs, guides, brochures, and booklets in both black and white and color. The selected vendor must provide custom programming, consultation, and design services for all print jobs using current or future process flows. The agency requires the ability to create, proof, and print ad hoc forms and reports upon request with same-business-day completion. All work will be performed offsite, and the agency is establishing a contract period of three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online.
