Election Printing and Mailing Services

The San Benito County Registrar of Voters in Hollister, California, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive election printing, vote-by-mail ballot production, mailing, tracking, and related support services. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of managing secure and accurate ballot distribution for the November 3, 2026, election and subsequent elections. This initiative aims to ensure the integrity, security, and timely delivery of voting materials to the electorate. The scope of work covers vote-by-mail ballot printing, test ballot printing, ballot paper and secure envelope production, and ballot assembly and insertion. The selected provider must also handle Intelligent Mail Barcode processing, ballot tracking and reconciliation services, warehousing, storage, and the secure destruction of surplus materials. Additionally, the agency requires emergency replacement and supplemental ballot production, proofing, quality assurance, and related election printing and mailing services.
