Translation, Interpretation, Video Remote Interpretation and Sign Language Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive translation, interpretation, video remote interpretation, and sign language services. This initiative aims to ensure language access across various agency departments, boards, commissions, and offices. The scope of work requires written translation of approximately 500,000 words and telephonic interpretation of approximately 15,000 minutes. The selected vendor must also deliver 4,000 minutes of video remote interpretation and 2,000 hours of on-site interpretation services. Additionally, the agency requires 500 hours of American Sign Language interpretation. The provider must remain available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to deliver emergency and after-hours services during public safety incidents, severe weather, public health emergencies, and disaster operations. Bidders must perform the requested work both onsite and offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located within the United States.
