Cultural Resource Services

The Fort Defiance Housing Authority in Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide cultural resource services for miscellaneous projects. The agency needs to identify and protect cultural resources within its project areas to ensure regulatory compliance. The selected vendor will perform preliminary and final inventories of cultural resources, conduct ethnographic studies, prepare reports, and submit documentation to obtain Cultural Resource Compliance Forms. The scope of work also requires the analysis and interpretation of field survey data. The vendor must reroute proposed project routes as necessary to avoid cultural resources and provide ongoing technical and administrative support. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
