Translation and Interpretation Services

The agency is seeking professional translation and interpretation services to facilitate real-time, clear, and accurate communication between limited-English speakers and service providers. The selected provider must decipher spoken language to resolve ambiguities, offer on-demand and pre-scheduled phone services, and deliver both visual and auditory communication. The scope of work also requires Braille translations, as well as audio and video voice-over translations through oral translation of recorded audio or oral translation and narration for video content. Services must be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Work performance may occur either onsite or offsite depending on the specific service requirement. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for this contract.
