American Sign Language Interpreting Services

The agency is seeking certified American Sign Language interpreters to provide services across a variety of categories. The project covers simultaneous interpreting both ways between spoken English and American Sign Language, including tactile signing as needed. The agency requires these on-demand services to be performed via Video Remote Interpreting for virtual meetings on platforms such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, as well as through Video Relay Services or Telecommunication Relay Services. The selected contractor must provide all necessary computers, web cameras, microphones, and software for their staff to perform the remote and on-demand services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget and pricing structure.
