Event Management Sustainability Service

The agency is seeking the services of a professional event planning company to support the planning and hosting of public-facing and stakeholder-focused events. The primary goal is to increase participation in sustainability programs and activities across various target audiences. These audiences include public agency staff, real estate professionals, tradespeople, small business owners, educators, homeowners, apartment owners, and the general community. The scope of work covers a wide range of event types to engage these diverse groups. Requested events include summits, retreats, networking events, cooking classes or demonstrations, and trainings for professional audiences. The provider must also support workshops, focus groups, forums, open houses, home tours, listening sessions, pop-up outreach events, community meetings, fairs, festivals, town halls, and neighborhood meetings. Performance of the work will take place both offsite and onsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. The contract period will span one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026.
