RFI for Enterprise Telecommunications Transport and Internet Access Sourcing Strategy Service

The Colorado government authority is seeking information to develop an enterprise telecommunications transport and internet access sourcing strategy. The agency needs to identify qualified market partners and evaluate modern commercial delivery frameworks prior to releasing a formal solicitation. The primary goal is to establish a fair, transparent, and highly efficient commercial framework for an upcoming re-compete. The project covers enterprise telecommunications transport, Layer 2 Wide Area Network connectivity, and dedicated internet access services. The agency requires a highly structured, agile commercial model, such as bandwidth tier matrices or regional geographic banding, to decrease long-term administrative overhead and streamline future ordering processes. This strategy must also establish an equitable, consistent baseline for formal evaluation. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research.
