Mine Safety and Health Training Services

The New Hampshire Department of Safety is seeking a vendor to provide mine safety and health training services. The agency aims to promote the training and retraining of miners working at surface and underground coal, metal, and nonmetal mines, including those in shell dredging or surface stone, sand, and gravel mining operations. This initiative addresses the need for Part 46 Annual Refresher Training and Supervisory training to ensure regulatory compliance and worker safety. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to identify potential construction companies in need of training and contact them to generate interest. The vendor must market the training programs to all potential recipients and schedule all training sessions effectively. The agency prefers smaller class sizes to maximize student learning, interaction, and evaluation. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all training and administrative work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders.
