Comprehensive Parks Master Plan Consulting Services

The City of Irrigon, Oregon, is seeking comprehensive parks master plan consulting services to establish a long-range roadmap for park development, recreation opportunities, tourism, and economic development. The agency requires a plan that addresses campground modernization, recreation planning, trails, connectivity, operational sustainability, and natural resource stewardship. To solve these planning needs, the selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive public outreach campaign and develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to address community priorities. The agency requires a review of prior planning efforts, community trends, and demographic data, alongside a site analysis and inventory. Additionally, the project involves prioritizing capital improvements and identifying opportunities for new parks, recreation facilities, tourism-supporting amenities, and outdoor recreation destinations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
