Visual Media Marketing Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive visual media marketing services to promote the State Fair and the State Fairgrounds and Event Complex. The selected vendor must deliver daily onsite videography and photography coverage during the State Fair to capture a wide range of fairtime content and imagery. This coverage will be guided by a shot list outlining priority needs from the Marketing and Communications Liaison, while also capturing additional content to build a diverse asset and photo library. The scope of work requires the production of specific promotional video content, including a minimum of two 30-second videos and one 60-second video for the State Fair. The vendor must also produce at least one 30-second video and one 60-second video for the State Fairgrounds and Event Complex, while accommodating additional video cut requests as directed. Although daily coverage occurs onsite, the overall performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. To ensure data protection, the selected vendor must maintain strict policies and procedures for security clearance and staffing controls to govern access to agency-owned confidential information or restricted areas within the host environment. The vendor must also secure its network through the use of multiple redundant firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption for files transferred to and from external users.
