Event Parking Services

The Dinwiddie County Water Authority in Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to manage, direct, and control vehicular parking operations during scheduled events. The agency needs to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient flow of traffic to minimize congestion and guarantee the timely ingress and egress of all vehicles. To achieve this, the selected contractor must collaborate with the event manager to clarify a comprehensive parking management plan that prioritizes traffic flow and pedestrian safety.
