Production consists of two full days of onsite filming with high-quality audio, lighting, and cameras to produce a 1080p video, with an allowance for two rounds of revisions during editing. Post-production deliverables include the five-minute highlight video with accessibility-compliant closed captions, along with the transfer of all raw footage, edited footage, project files, graphics, and audio recordings to the agency via an external hard drive or virtual means. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and all filming must take place onsite at the agency. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the project. All deliverables and produced materials will become the sole property of the agency upon final payment, and the vendor cannot reuse any footage for marketing purposes without written approval.
