Transit Bus and Shelter Advertising Services

The agency is seeking a qualified advertising service provider to manage and grow its interior and exterior transit advertising program. The selected provider will handle all aspects of the program, including marketing and selling advertising space, managing client relationships, printing and installing ad materials, maintaining ad quality, handling finances, and delivering detailed monthly reporting. The scope of work covers selling advertising opportunities on the interior and exterior of eligible fixed-route buses, designated bus shelters throughout the transit network, and other assets as agreed upon. The provider must secure advertising contracts, provide customer service for the rental spaces, and obtain all necessary permissions, consents, licenses, and releases for advertising copy and materials. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from interested parties rather than specifying a set budget.
