School Photography Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional school photography services for approximately 20,000 students and staff members across all agency schools. The selected photographer must furnish all parent-directed information requested by building principals and guarantee all photos unconditionally. The scope of work requires the photographer to return at a later date for retakes at no additional cost, ensuring retake photos maintain uniform head sizes, centering, and backgrounds. The photographer must handle all reorders directly through instructions included in the picture envelopes and refrain from sending partial packages to the schools. Students who paid but did not receive a package will have their pictures taken on the designated retake day. Additionally, the photographer must print staff identification badges onsite on the day of the event and utilize equipment that automatically centers the subject while adjusting for head size and skin tone. The agency is issuing a one-year contract for these services, which must be performed entirely onsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026.
