The scope of work covers the provision of graduate photography packages, along with a defined process for producing and dispatching orders within specific turnaround targets and timeframes. The provider must manage the delivery methods and maintain high packaging standards for all shipped orders. Additionally, the agency requires the creation of promotional and informational materials for graduates, as well as on-site signage and information points featuring customer support contact details and ordering guidance. The agency highly desires added-value services, specifically the provision of public relations, award, and group photographs taken during the graduation ceremonies. The provider must supply these marketing and communications photographs to the university at no additional cost, primarily in an electronic format, with the option to supply selected printed photographs for display. Eligible bidders must be located onshore in Ireland. The performance of all photographic and on-site support work will take place onsite at the agency's location.
