The Irish National Stud and Gardens is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive music production services for race meetings and event series across indoor and outdoor spaces. The agency requires the supply, installation, operation, and de-rig of staging, lighting, sound, visual equipment, and crowd control barriers, including mojo barriers or approved equivalents. The selected vendor must oversee the entire setup and daily operation within agreed timelines to ensure minimal disruption to racecourse operations. The scope of work includes providing an experienced on-site production manager and a full technical crew, such as sound engineers, lighting operators, and stage managers, for each event. The agency expects the vendor to deliver technical expertise during planning phases, pre-production meetings, and on-site operational briefings. Additionally, the vendor must coordinate closely with racecourse event operations, facilities, security, entertainment providers, sponsors, vendors, and broadcast partners to ensure integrated event delivery. To mitigate operational risks, the agency requires comprehensive contingency plans for power failures, adverse weather, equipment malfunctions, and artist delays or non-attendance. The vendor must perform and document sound checks and sound monitoring at designated times, including monitoring in nearby residential areas. All production systems and working practices must comply with current health, safety, quality, and environmental standards suitable for all weather conditions. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore providers located in Ireland, and all performance of the work must take place onsite.
