The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide federal government relations, strategic advisory, and lobbying services. The agency needs to solve the problem of tracking, analyzing, and influencing federal policies, programs, and regulations that impact both the agency and the digital manufacturing sector. To address this, the selected partner will work with agency staff to prepare written communications conveying legislative priorities and positions. The scope of work covers preparing the agency for engagements with lawmakers, Executive agencies, and Administration staff, as well as identifying funding opportunities and lobbying Executive agencies in support of agency interests. The vendor must participate in meetings and webinars to educate agency members and stakeholders on federal policy and funding issues. Additionally, the service requires providing preparation, materials, and support for agency funding opportunities, including calls, briefings, meetings, and visits between the agency senior leadership team and legislative stakeholders. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online submission portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
