Grant Writing, Grant Administration and Funding Strategies Services

The Port is seeking a vendor to provide grant writing, grant administration, and funding strategies services. The selected partner will collaborate with Port Executive leadership to develop funding strategies for Port priorities, including capital projects. The agency needs to solve the challenge of identifying and securing external funding, as well as managing those funds once awarded. The scope of work requires researching grant opportunities from both government and nongovernment agencies. The chosen vendor must complete and submit grant proposals and applications directly to the granting organizations. Additionally, the agency requires comprehensive grant management services, which include completing reports, submitting reimbursement requests, ensuring strict grant compliance, and handling all associated correspondence. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite, meaning the vendor must carry out all tasks within their own office location. The Port has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026.
