School and Early Education Programs Farm Enhance Service

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking a vendor to enhance farm to school and early education programs within the Commonwealth. The agency needs to evaluate current barriers to engagement and design, implement, and coordinate an innovative promotional campaign. This campaign must inform organizations and the public about the investments operators make in the local food system and the impact of expanded food literacy on students. The scope of work requires promoting greater awareness of farm to school programs, such as the fresh Grant Program. The selected partner must promote farm to school efforts within communities through the implementation of monthly local purchasing programs and the Terrific Trays campaign.
