Sustainable Rural Healthcare Workforce Building Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide sustainable rural healthcare workforce building services, offering strategic leadership and operational support to advance rural healthcare transformation initiatives. The selected partner will assist the agency in developing and implementing innovative, sustainable strategies that strengthen rural health systems, improve access to care, and support the evolving needs of rural and underserved communities. The agency requires expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, program development, outreach, contract and grant administration, and related technical assistance activities. The scope of work covers strategic, operational, and technical support to advance statewide Rural Health Transformation initiatives focused on workforce recruitment and retention, sustainability, education, and emergency medical services capacity. The selected vendor will assist in developing programmatic strategies, workplans, and performance measures, while facilitating collaboration among healthcare providers, tribal health organizations, educational institutions, and government partners. Additionally, the vendor will support the implementation of the Building a Sustainable Rural Healthcare Workforce initiative and assist the agency in developing evaluation frameworks and outcome measures. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all contract work to be conducted onsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. The contract period will span one year.
