Outreach Marketing Services

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide outreach marketing services to assist the child support program in achieving its outreach plan. The primary goals are to increase the child support caseload and to bring community awareness to the services the program offers. The project requires the consistent application of a logo, theme, color scheme, and style across all promotional elements, including advertising, flyers, postcards, and online ads. The scope of work covers providing outreach support to various communities and producing or updating digital advertising to target agency families using platforms such as Spotify, movie theatres, and television. The selected vendor must secure event materials for statewide giveaways and place professional advertisements throughout the state to target referrals. Additionally, the vendor must manage all social media platforms, maintain a social media presence using the produced advertisements, and serve as the contact for all advertising platforms. The vendor must also design two posters to be used in offices around the state to promote agency services. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of all work will occur offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will be for one year. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 8, 2026, and they can submit their final responses digitally via email or online.
