Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Strategic Plan Service

The Town is seeking a consultant, firm, or organization to develop a comprehensive five-year Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Strategic Plan. The selected partner will work collaboratively with town leadership, staff, boards, committees, and community stakeholders to create an actionable, measurable, and sustainable roadmap. This initiative aims to advance DEIB principles across all aspects of municipal operations, service delivery, and workplace culture. The scope of work requires reviewing and assessing the Town's existing efforts to foster an inclusive, welcoming, and responsive community. The chosen provider must review and assess Town policies, practices, procedures, and core documents that directly impact equitable access to Town services and programs. Additionally, the project involves establishing a clear vision, goals, and priorities for integrating DEIB principles into all facets of the Town's work. The agency requires the identification of actionable steps to strengthen equitable policies, practices, and service delivery. The final strategic plan must provide implementation strategies, performance measures, and accountability structures. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America only. The agency accepts digital response submissions via email or online. The budget is not specified, as the Town is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
