Holiday Decor Rental and Installation Services

The City of Newport Beach, California, is seeking a vendor to provide holiday decor rental and installation services. The agency needs to decorate its local government facility to establish a festive environment for the holiday season. The project requires onsite performance of all installation and rental services. The scope of work covers installing warm-white LED mini lights on five Magnolia trees. The selected vendor must provide and install nine-foot sections of decorated lighted garland featuring red, silver, and white ornaments, as well as a thirty-six-inch commercial lighted wreath decorated with the same color scheme. The agency also requires nine-foot sections of unlighted red and silver garland, and approximately twenty feet of lighted commercial garland wrapped around the exterior walkway building posts. The installation further includes a sixty-inch unlighted decorated wreath and a sixty-inch red bow attached to the wreath. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
