Hotel Accommodations and Conference Services

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking hotel accommodations and conference services for approximately one-hundred and fifty attendees at a domestic violence and integrated domestic violence conference. The agency requires a venue located in Hudson, New York, to host the event and accommodate the attendees. This procurement aims to secure lodging, dining, meeting spaces, and technical support to ensure a seamless educational and professional gathering. The scope of work covers comprehensive dining services, physical meeting spaces, and audio-visual support. The selected vendor must provide a full breakfast with hot and cold beverages, as well as a lunch buffet with hot, cold, and vegetarian options, desserts, and assorted drinks. Required facilities include a registration space, a large meeting room with a capacity for 175 seats, and separate breakout rooms.
