Develop and Implement Public Health Strategies Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to develop and implement public health strategies to address cognitive impairment, cognitive decline, and caregiver support. The project aims to educate the public and health professionals on brain health, agency, and caregiving while increasing the availability and use of public health surveillance information. The agency also requires the vendor to increase the adoption, implementation, and evaluation of the agency Public Health Road Map series and to enhance coordination among national partners. The scope of work covers developing evidence-informed training materials for current and future health care and public health professionals. The vendor must identify and address specific knowledge and skills needs among health care professionals, community health workers, patient navigators, and other relevant professionals. Additionally, the agency requires the vendor to evaluate the effectiveness and reach of the education and workforce training, update materials to keep pace with the evolving landscape, and implement a marketing and communications plan. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The contract period will span one year. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost.
