Event Planning Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event planning services for public and private meetings related to Diversity Programs outreach. The selected vendor will manage venue selection, vendor management, event staffing, and on-site coordination. The scope of work also requires the vendor to retain, schedule, and coordinate necessary third parties, as well as oversee room set-up and takedown of seating and tables. The agency is issuing a contract term of three years for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The performance of all event planning work will take place offsite. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this project.
