Water Strategic Communication Service

The Pure agency is seeking a vendor to provide a water strategic communication service. The agency needs to develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-platform marketing, communications, and public engagement program. This campaign focuses on promoting water quality, conservation, and infrastructure investments while strengthening public trust and community awareness. Through strategic messaging, visual storytelling, and targeted outreach, the agency aims to connect residents, businesses, and regional partners to the value, impact, and future of Pure Water. The scope of work covers strategic communications and planning, branding and creative development, digital media and public relations, and community engagement and outreach. The selected vendor must also handle events, conferences, public presence, and analytics and performance reporting. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 2, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 8, 2026.
