Event Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide event support services to host multiple events. These events aim to engage internal and external contractors, civilians, and industry partners, while promoting engagement strategies, development, and execution. The agency requires these services to be performed offsite at a United States-based organization. The scope of work requires the venue to provide one entrance area that accommodates an eight-foot covered and skirted registration table with two chairs. The selected vendor must also provide two rooms for smaller break-out meetings or working areas, as well as a display area containing up to twenty-four covered and skirted eight-foot tables. Additionally, the facility must possess the capability to support audio-visual requirements. The contract period will run for one year. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
