Strategic Plan Implementation and Leadership Development Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide strategic plan implementation support, executive leadership development, organizational coaching, project management support, and leadership development services. The agency needs these services to strengthen district-wide systems, leadership capacity, strategic execution, communication alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives. The selected provider will deliver in-person leadership development sessions, retreats, and professional development for aspiring principals, principals, executive leadership teams, cabinet members, academic leadership teams, communication teams, and other district leadership groups. The scope of work covers strategic planning and organizational alignment support, team collaboration development, facilitation of leadership workshops, and organizational development support. The agency also requires executive coaching services, which include executive leadership coaching, strategic communications coaching, stakeholder engagement coaching, and coaching for communication strategy development. Additionally, the vendor must provide cabinet and project management oversight support services, including strategic plan implementation support, leadership planning, data analysis, and community engagement support. The project further requires virtual project management support services to develop project management structures, superintendent support systems, record-keeping procedures, and cross-departmental coordination. The agency is also requesting district survey and community engagement support services, as well as a Principal Leadership Academy and additional coaching support. To be eligible for this opportunity, bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. For the budget, the agency is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 30, 2026.
