Outreach and Technical Assistance Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide outreach, education, grant support, and technical assistance focused on electric vehicles, alternative fuel vehicles, and electrified mobility infrastructure. The project addresses the need for community engagement, mobility readiness activities, and technical assistance for charging station installations, specifically including Stellantis charger site coordination. The selected partner must possess demonstrated knowledge of state and federal incentives, expertise in community-based needs assessments, and experience working with key territory stakeholders such as local governments, Tribes, non-profits, and industry representatives. The scope of work covers the development of mobility plans, marketing, project communication, and administrative tasks including a kickoff meeting, monthly meetings, reporting, and invoicing. The vendor must also deliver an existing conditions memo and a community needs assessment. Performance of all contracted work must take place onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has established a budget of 105,000 USD for this initiative.
