Flyer Distribution Services

A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide door-to-door, hand-distributed delivery of flyers, handbills, or community notices. The agency needs to solve the challenge of distributing materials across a large, multi-jurisdictional service area of approximately 703 square miles, which includes both incorporated cities and unincorporated areas. The selected contractor must handle variable service demands ranging from 5 to 30 distribution requests per month and distribute between 1,500 and 10,000 flyers per order within defined delivery radii. The scope of work requires the performance of same-day, next-day, two-day, and five-day delivery services where meeting deadlines is of the essence. All work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on June 11, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
