Public Relations and Strategic Communications Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide public relations and strategic communications services. On-call fixed fee services require the vendor to provide ongoing support, including the development and maintenance of the agency communications plan, messaging frameworks, crisis communications strategy, board communications support, press releases, media monitoring, and social media content creation. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
