Athletics and Activity Pictures Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional athletics and activity picture services for high schools. The selected vendor must produce group and individual photographs in full Eastman Kodak color, equivalent color, or equivalent digital format. The project requires the vendor to deliver black and white or glossy color prints of all photographed groups to each school yearbook according to individual school schedules. The vendor must offer pre-paid individual picture packets to students and print all photographs on Fuji Crystal Archive or equivalent paper. To facilitate ordering, the vendor must provide three picture packet information flyers to each school office. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. All contracted work will be performed offsite, and bidders can submit their proposals digitally via email or online.
