Awards, Custom Apparel and Promotional Items Supplemental Services

The school district is seeking a vendor to provide awards, recognition items, custom apparel, and promotional products for use across the district. The district needs to solve the challenge of securing consistent branding and high-resolution logo reproduction across all of its promotional and recognition materials. The scope of work covers the delivery of medals, ribbons, engraving services, short and long-sleeve t-shirts, performance shirts, jackets, outerwear, athletic uniforms, spirit wear, event giveaways, fundraising merchandise, notebooks, and planners. The selected vendor must provide artwork proofing and approval prior to production and maintain consistent branding standards in accordance with district guidelines. Performance of the work must occur onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit responses digitally via email or online. The district is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will run for one year. A pre-bid meeting will take place on May 26, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 1, 2026.
