Photography and Yearbook Services

The issuing school district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography and yearbook services on an as-needed basis across its kindergarten through grade twelve campuses. The agency needs to solve the challenge of capturing and producing faculty and staff portraits, class group photographs, student identification card photography, and yearbook photography. Additionally, the selected provider must cover district events such as graduation, teacher of the year ceremonies, and service awards, while also offering candid and supplemental photography upon request by individual campuses. The scope of work requires the coordination and scheduling of picture days, including fall portrait sessions, retake sessions at each campus, and any additional sessions required throughout the school year. The agency is offering a contract period of one year for these services. Performance of all photography work must take place onsite at the district's locations.
