The agency requires a revenue-sharing model based on gross proceeds, which includes all revenue derived from facility use or programming before deducting operating expenses. This gross revenue calculation encompasses sponsorship revenue and performance-related donations tied directly to the playhouse programming. All advertising, promotional materials, websites, social media content, and public communications referencing the city must adhere to municipal collaboration and professional conduct standards. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The physical performance of the programming and operational work will occur offsite at the Coronado playhouse facility.
