Awards, Custom and Promotional Items Services

The school district is seeking comprehensive awards, custom, and promotional items vendors to support various district events, functions, educational programs, student recognition initiatives, athletic competitions, and district-wide events. The agency requires high-quality products that celebrate student achievements, promote school spirit, and enhance the educational experience across all campuses within the independent school district. The scope of work covers recognition items such as achievement awards, honor roll, and perfect attendance, as well as custom and promotional items including backpacks, bags, and jugs. The selected vendor must also provide embroidery, engraving, and laser services for backpacks, bags, and supplies, alongside yard signs. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 16, 2026.
