Diversion Coordination Programs Service

The City of Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a vendor to establish and operate a diversion coordination programs service. The selected provider will manage the entire diversion lifecycle, from initial referral through case completion and data tracking. The scope of work requires the provider to conduct outreach and partner with authorized referral sources, including law enforcement, clerk magistrates, district attorneys, and judges. Upon receiving a referral, the diversion coordinator must conduct an intake process that includes interviewing the youth, their family, and key collaterals. The provider must use agency screening tools to identify criminogenic risks and needs. Following the assessment, the diversion coordinator must develop a customized diversion agreement and case plan in collaboration with the youth and their family. The provider must deliver ongoing case management and support throughout the duration of the agreement. Additionally, the provider must collect and track specific data elements to support program management and quality improvement. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
