India Foreign Trade Representative Service

The Manitoba government is seeking an onshore Canadian organization to provide in-market foreign trade representative services in India. The agency needs professional and advisory services on an ongoing basis to support international trade and investment priorities. The primary goal is to assist Manitoba companies looking to enter or expand within the Indian market. The scope of work covers providing timely and relevant market intelligence to support decision-making. The selected representative will facilitate trade missions, meetings, and business connections, as well as support incoming and outgoing trade and investment missions. Additional duties include providing in-market representation, identifying and validating potential buyers, distributors, partners, investors, and stakeholders, and representing Manitoba in meetings, events, and engagements. Eligible bidders must be onshore Canadian organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
