Tobacco Prevention and Control Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide tobacco prevention and control services that promote healthy behaviors and social norms to prevent and reduce tobacco use and exposure to second-hand smoke. The program aims to implement proven interventions to prevent youth tobacco use, enhance access to tobacco cessation and substance use treatment, and provide community education about the harms of tobacco and nicotine use and exposure to second-hand smoke. Additionally, the selected vendor must promote evidence-based public health policies and streamline health system screening and referral procedures. The scope of work covers youth prevention strategies, second-hand smoke strategies, increasing access to treatment and health promotion programs, and supporting a community coalition. The agency requires the vendor to perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 1, 2026.
