Major Sports and Event Facilities Feasibility and Strategic Advisory Services

The City of Calgary is seeking major sports and event facilities feasibility and strategic advisory services. The agency intends for these envisioned facilities to strengthen the local sports infrastructure, foster tourism, drive economic development, and enhance community experiences that contribute to the city's long-term growth and vitality. The scope of work requires the selected provider to perform all services offsite from the provider's own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026.
