Strategic Plan Update Service

The agency is seeking a consultant with demonstrated experience in the public health industry and strategic planning for area partnership organizations to assist in the development of a strategic plan update. This update will serve as a roadmap to guide the organization in achieving its mission and vision while ensuring effective service to members in a rapidly evolving environment. The selected partner must possess a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and utilize innovative practices that promote accessible and inclusive participation throughout the planning process. The scope of work requires the performance of all services to be conducted offsite. The contract period will span three years. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
