Professional Community Engagement Services

The agency is seeking professional community engagement services to plan and execute a community forum focused on mental health and public safety. This initiative aims to gather feedback and data regarding the agency's current methods of responding to calls for service that might be related to a mental health crisis. The selected vendor must develop a detailed project plan, secure an accessible venue, manage all event logistics, and design a structured, inclusive agenda. The scope of work requires the vendor to conduct outreach to community members, advocacy groups, and stakeholders to ensure diverse participation. The vendor must provide experienced facilitators skilled in community engagement, handle all technology and audio needs, and ensure accessibility through ADA compliance and language interpretation. Additionally, the vendor must develop a community survey, collect and summarize participant feedback, and maintain regular communication with the agency. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and all performance of the work must occur onsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals and will accept digital submissions via email or online. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on June 3, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 9, 2026.
