Conferences and Community Events Venues Professional Services

The issuing agency is seeking professional services to provide venues and related services for hosting conferences, trainings, community forums, and other engagement events throughout the state. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of securing appropriate spaces by categorizing venues into eight tiers based on their capacity to host events of different attendee sizes. The scope of work requires venues to provide reliable Wi-Fi access for staff and attendees, audio/visual support including microphones, projectors, speakers, and screens, and access to the venue and storage space twenty-four hours prior to the event for early setup.
