Venues Services for Conferences and Community Events

An Illinois government authority is seeking a vendor to provide venue services for conferences and community events. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of hosting these gatherings by securing appropriate spaces and support services. The scope of work covers primary ballroom or conference space scaled to attendee counts, breakout session rooms as needed, a dedicated lactation room, and ample on-site parking for staff and attendees.
