RFI for Marketing Services

The agency is seeking marketing services to analyze the performance of digital media campaigns, assess analytic software processes, and set ongoing goals. The selected vendor must develop and implement strategic communications campaigns while providing public relations assistance, planning, and participation in regular in-person meetings and telephone conferences. The scope of work also includes public affairs assistance and support, as well as marketing research on industry trends, client behaviors, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions. The agency requires the development of a tailored marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences, utilizing a multi-channel platform approach. The chosen vendor must handle budget development and management, along with reporting and collaboration. To be eligible for this opportunity, organizations must be based onshore within the United States. All work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 26, 2026.
