Photography Services

Limerick City and County Council is seeking a vendor to provide professional photography services to support its promotional, civic, and event-related activities. The agency needs high-quality images for use across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media. The primary goal is to capture events such as meetings, launches, press conferences, and civic engagements, as well as specific promotional campaigns for Limerick city and county. The scope of work covers headshots, group photography ranging from small groups to gatherings of up to 500 people, and indoor or outdoor event photography capturing audiences, speakers, and branding elements. The selected vendor must perform post-production services, including color correction, image optimization, and the creation of accurate captions. Images must be delivered digitally via a secure file-sharing service, generally within 24 hours of the assignment, with select images delivered within one hour during or immediately following an event for social media use. The contract period will run for one year, with work performed offsite and primarily within Limerick city and county, though occasional travel to other locations may be required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Ireland. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
