Workplace Outreach Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide workplace outreach services to engage workers and employers in meaningful discussions about safety practices, rights, and resources regardless of immigration status. The project requires utilizing interactive activities, workshops, seminars, and direct outreach efforts to facilitate these discussions. To support a diverse workforce, the vendor must ensure all outreach materials are accessible in multiple languages. The scope of work also includes providing targeted outreach and legal resources to support access to in-person services in under-resourced, rural areas for especially vulnerable workers. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is accepting proposal submissions digitally via email or online. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
