The City of Sacramento, California is seeking a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive recruitment, sourcing, and outreach services. To solve this, the selected firm will collaborate closely with the human resources department and city leadership to conduct thorough needs assessments that identify organizational priorities, challenges, and desired candidate competencies. The consultant must review and screen all application materials for exempt management classifications using consistent, job-related, and equitable criteria to determine if candidates meet minimum qualifications. Additionally, the consultant must draft evaluation tools, coordinate candidate materials for panel members, facilitate the qualification appraisal process, conduct panel orientations on unbiased decision-making, and coordinate the scheduling of final hiring interviews. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located within the United States.
